Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the website of E11even Products. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Products and Pricing

All prices shown on our website are in euros and include VAT.
E11even Products reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. Errors are not binding.

Article 4 – Payment

  • Payments are made through iDEAL via Mollie.
  • Payment is due immediately upon checkout.
  • If a payment is reversed or fails, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Article 5 – Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping is available within the Netherlands only.
  • All orders are shipped via PostNL.
  • Orders are processed within 1 business day, plus standard delivery time of PostNL.
  • Free shipping is available on orders of €50 or more.
  • For orders under €50, shipping fees will apply as indicated during checkout.

Article 6 – Transfer of Risk

The risk of damage or loss of products remains with E11even Products until the moment the order is delivered to the customer.

Article 7 – Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
However:

Due to the nature of our products, opened or damaged packages of tea and personal care items cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and food safety.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us via email.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is faulty or delivered incorrectly.

Article 8 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted by email within 7 days of receiving the product.
We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Article 9 – Liability

Use of our products is at your own risk.
E11even Products is not liable for any allergic reactions or misuse of the products.
Always read the instructions and ingredients carefully.

Article 10 – Privacy

E11even Products processes your personal data according to our privacy policy (see below), in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Article 11 – Applicable Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
